Due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow a strict No Returns & No Exchanges policy, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

1. Non-Returnable Items (Strict Hygiene Policy)

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of the following items:

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

Although returns are not accepted, we will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you believe your product qualifies under the above categories:

  3. Clear photos or videos of the issue

  4. An explanation of the problem

Our team will verify the claim and respond within 24–48 hours.

Important:

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for replacement approval

  • All replacements are subject to our internal quality checks


4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Silked Road may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • The order fails payment verification

  • There are issues with delivery location

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.


5. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your replacement or refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Money will be returned to your original payment method

  • Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway


6. No Refund For Personal Preference Issues

We do not refund or replace products for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Unwanted gift

  • Ordered the wrong product

  • Wrong color or size preference

  • “I didn’t like it”

  • Packaging opened

  • Product used or tried

  • Delays caused by courier companies


7. Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances due to intimate product hygiene rules

  • We do not resell returned products

  • All claims are reviewed based on photographic/video evidence and supplier verification. Decisions are made fairly in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations. and based on Silked Road’s quality and safety checks

  • Discreet packaging is always maintained, even during replacements
