Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible

4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Silked Road may cancel an order if:
The product is out of stock
The order fails payment verification
There are issues with delivery location
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your replacement or refund request is approved:

Money will be returned to your original payment method

6. No Refund For Personal Preference Issues
We do not refund or replace products for the following reasons:

Delays caused by courier companies
